Massage is a most versatile and valuable part of the healing process. In all cases, massage works on the soft tissues of the body stimulating the circulation of the blood and functioning of the nervous system and the lymphatic systems. It is a caring treatment that can bring benefits to everyone.

Aromatherapy combines massage and the therapeutic properties of essential oils. It is one of the most effective treatments for excessive stress levels and for general tensions. It is also helpful for a wide range of other complaints. Aromatherapy enhances well being by gently stimulating the body'’ own healing abilities.

REIKI

Reiki  is a natural energy-activating method. It is a precise way of using “light energy” to restore and balance your own vital energy, physically, emotionally and mentally, also to connect with your inner self and your spirit.

Reiki  is a powerful yet gentle, subtle and precise art science of restoring your depleted energy and of balancing natural energy within you to promote healing, positive wellness, wholeness, higher consciousness and happiness.  

ASTROLOGY

Astrology gives us the possibility to look in our individual life plan, to read in an astrological chart the “homework” for this life. If you feel there is something seriously wrong in your life direction, the reading of your chart can help to clarify and improve your way of life.

Transits are a forecast of the next 12 month, understanding energies helping or hindering stages in your life.

Partnership charts tries to compare compatibility of two people, but also analyses the quality of the relationship. Hopes, challenges, positive aspects and obstacles.

TAROT READING

 By using these cards a way is shown to personal growth through understanding of ourselves and life. All the symbolism, all the archetypes, all the explanations during a session with the cards can prepare you to look at your life in a different way. The way how I use Tarot reading is not ‘future telling’, but a ‘counseling’ with tarot cards.
