Reiki  is a natural energy-activating method. It is a precise way of using “light energy” to restore and balance your own vital energy, physically, emotionally and mentally, also to connect with your inner self and your spirit.

Reiki  is a powerful yet gentle, subtle and precise art science of restoring your depleted energy and of balancing natural energy within you to promote healing, positive wellness, wholeness, higher consciousness and happiness.
